Read Check Data This command reads the check data that confirms that the write data, which was sent with the page program command, was successfully received. (1) Transfer the "FD16" command code with the 1st byte. (2) The check data (low) is received with the 2nd byte and the check data (high) with the 3rd. To use this read check data command, first execute the command and then initialize the check data. Next, execute the page program command the required number of times. After that, when the read check command is executed again, the check data for all of the read data that was sent with the page program command during this time is read. The check data is the result of CRC operation of write data. Check data (low) RxD1 TxD1 FD16 (M16C reception data) (M16C transmit data) Check data (high) Baud Rate 9600 This command changes baud rate to 9,600 bps. Execute it as follows. (1) Transfer the "B016" command code with the 1st byte. (2) After the "B016" check code is output with the 2nd byte, change the baud rate to 9,600 bps. Figure 1.23.13.
