This value is always used with the top four bits of Register 0xFE40, Register 0xFE43, Register 0xFE46, Register 0xFE49, Register 0xFE4C, and Register 0xFE4F, which contain the four LSBs of the tRx time. tRx represents tR1, tR2, tR3, tR4, tR5, and tR6.
