Note 1: Read-modify-write is prohibited for registers P4CR and P4FC.
Note 2: When port P4 is used in the input mode, the P4 register controls the built-in
pull-up/pull-down resistor. Read-modify-write is prohibited in the input mode
or the I/O mode, as it may affect the states of the pull-up/pull-down resistors.
Note 3: To output chip select signal ( CS0 /

corresponding bits of the control register P4CR and the function register
P4FC to “1”.
Chip select/wait controller (B0CS, B1CS, B2CS) registers select the function
of CS / CAS .
