7. Reinstallation: Do in reverse steps 6 through 3 to reinstall the line fuse

and then the line cord.

1. Have handy a pair of angledtip tweezers (Item6).

2. Set the oscilloscope so its bottomis down on the work surface and its

front is facing you.

3. Refer to Figure 84. Grasp any knob you wish to remove and pull it

straight out fromthe front panel slightly to create some clearance

between the base of the knob and the front panel.

4. Insert the tweezers between the knob and front panel and use themto

remove the knob and its shaft.

5. Pull the shaft out of the knob to remove.
