This mode uses a single DDC chain where up to three NCOs can be used to perform wide-bandwidth observation in a multi-band environment, as shown in Figure 73. The three NCOs can be switched dynamically using either the GPIO pins or an SPI command. All three NCOs operate continuously to ensure phase continuity; however, when the NCO is switched, the output data are invalid until the decimation filters are completely flushed with data from the new band.
