All voltages refer to GND. Currents are positive into and negative out of the specified pin. 4.1.4 VDDIO voltage supply In order to ensure a full compatibility with 5 V and 3.3V MCU peripherals, a pin VDDIO is dedicated to supply the output buffer of SDO.
