Blocks from the main array can be optionally configured as OTP. Ask your local Numonyx Sales representative for details about these selectable OTP implementations. 10.3 Password Access The Password Access is a security enhancement offered on the P30-65nm SBC device. This feature protects information stored in array blocks by preventing content alteration or reads until a valid 64-bit password is received. The Password Access may be combined with Flexible block blocking to create a multi-tiered solution. Please contact representative Numonyx Sales for further details concerning the Password Access. |
