General Description The RF64 is a single chip FSK and OOK transceiver capable of operation in the 300 to 510MHz license free ISM frequency bands. It complies with both the relevant European and North American standards, EN 300-220 V2.1.1 (June 2006 release) and FCC Part 15 (10-1-2006 edition). A unique feature of this circuit is its extremely low current consumption in receiver mode of only 3mA (typ). The RF64 comes in a 5x5 mm TQFN-32 package. 1.1.
