Address 0000000b is the global address in extended mode operation I²C (MODE<1:0>='00').
Address 0110000b is the global address in semi-auto mode operations (MODE<1:0>='01' or '11').
All the slaves respond to the global address.
Avoid global read transactions.
Address 0001100b is used for extended PoE address (alert response address) in semi-auto mode
operations.
When reading from this alert response address, only slaves that assert the Int_out pin will send bytes
that consist of their own addresses.
