The crystal oscillator (SysOsc) operating at frequencies between 1 MHz and 25 MHz. 2. The internal RC Oscillator (IRC) with a fixed frequency of 12 MHz, trimmed to 1% accuracy. 3. The internal low-power, low-frequency Oscillator with a nominal frequency of 10 kHz with 40% accuracy for use with the self wake-up timer. 4. The dedicated Watchdog Oscillator (WDOsc) with a programmable nominal frequency between 9.4 kHz and 2.3 MHz with 40% accuracy. Fig 10. LPC81xM clock generation |
