General Description

TheHT45F5RisanASSPMCUspecificallydesignedforbatterychargerapplications.Offering

userstheconvenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,thedevicealsoincludesa

widerangeoffunctionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAMDataMemoryas

wellasanareaoftrueEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchasserialnumbers,

calibrationdataetc.

Thedeviceincludesanintegratedmulti-channel12-bitA/DconverterandanLCDdriver.Multiple

andextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegeneration,captureinput,compare

matchoutput,singlepulseoutputandPWMgenerationfunctions.Protectivefeaturessuchasan

internalWatchdogTimerandLowVoltageResetandLowVoltageDetectorcoupledwithexcellent

noiseimmunityandESDprotectionensurethatreliableoperationismaintainedinhostileelectrical

environments.

Afullchoiceofhighspeedandlowspeedinternaloscillatorfunctionsareprovidedincludinga

fullyintegratedsystemoscillatorwhichrequiresnoexternalcomponentsforitsimplementation.

Theabilitytooperateandswitchdynamicallybetweenarangeofoperatingmodesusingdifferent

clocksourcesgivesuserstheabilitytooptimisemicrocontrolleroperationandminimisepower

consumption.

ThisdevicecontainsaprogrammableI/Oportsourcecurrentfunctionwhichisusedtoimplement

LEDdrivingfunction.AlsotheinclusionofflexibleI/Oprogrammingfeatures,Time-Basefunctions

alongwitharangeofcircuitfunctionsforbatterychargeimplementation,furtherenhancedevice

functionalityandflexibilityforwiderangeofapplicationpossibilities.
