Advanced PMU for Microcontrollers and Solid State Drive Applications

CMI 113: ACT88430QJ113-T

CMI 113 is optimized for the Innogrit Rainier IG5236 SSD controller. Buck3 is set to 1.2V to power DDR4 memory. This

is very similar to the ACT88430QJ114-T which has Buck3 set to 1.1V to power LPDDR4. The GPIOs are programmed

to allow the microprocessor to program the ACT88430 for different IG5236 low power operating modes. CMI 113

configured for a 3.3V input voltage.
