oscillator with 32.768 kHz and < 500 ppm accuracy.

and SLPXOOUT pin and a capacity array which

built-in, so that external feedback resistances and

capacities are unnecessary.An external clock can

be input from this pin. When the crystal oscillator is

not used and do not supply a clock from the

outside, this pin should be connected to the GND.
