Description
This command causes the SSD1963 to exit Idle Mode.
Full color depth is used for the display panel.

Description
This command causes the SSD1963 to enter Idle Mode.
In Idle Mode, color depth is reduced. Colors are shown on the display panel using the MSB of each of the R, G and B
color components in the frame buffer.
