EEPROM Data Memory Structure TheEEPROMDataMemorycapacityis32×8bitsforthisseriesofdevices.UnliketheProgram MemoryandRAMDataMemory,theEEPROMDataMemoryisnotdirectlymappedintomemory spaceandisthereforenotdirectlyaddressableinthesamewayastheothertypesofmemory.Read andWriteoperationstotheEEPROMarecarriedoutinsinglebyteoperationsusinganaddressand dataregisterinBank0andasinglecontrolregisterinBank1.
