20 / 128 page  3.5 Terminal Functions TMS320VC5504 Fixed-Point Digital Signal Processor SPRS609A – JUNE 2009 – REVISED JULY 2009 www.ti.com The terminal functions tables (Table 3-5 through Table 3-20) identify the external signal names, the associated pin (ball) numbers along with the mechanical package designator, the pin type, whether the pin has any internal pullup or pulldown resistors, and a functional pin description. For more detailed information on device configuration, peripheral selection, multiplexed/shared pins, and debugging considerations, see the Device Configuration section of this data manual. For proper device operation, external pullup/pulldown resistors may be required on some pins.
