In this case the VDD is raised while the VDH and EN pins are kept low. After the VDD pin is high and stable, the EN pin is raised to turn on the logic of the L99MH98 or lowered to turn it off. L99MH98 turns on when the EN pin exceeds the rising VENH threshold and will turn off when it drops below the falling VENL threshold. Figure 11.
