butinwhichtheintegrityoftheinputsignalishigh.Caremustbetakenwhenusingthefilteron/off

configurationoptionasitwillbeappliednotonlytoboththeexternalinterruptpinsbutalsotothe

Timer/EventCounterexternalinputpin.IndividualexternalinterruptorTimer/EventCounterpin

cannotbeselectedtohaveafilteron/offfunction.
