VSSPLL PLL ground 30 30 L1 VSSOSC Oscillator ground 28 28 — VLCD 3 LCD supply option 21 21 N2 VPP 4 9 V - 12 V flash test analog write signal 26 26 M2 1 Decoupling capacitors must be connected between these pins and the nearest V SS12 pin. 2 All stepper motor supplies need to be at same level (3.3 V or 5 V). 3 Refer to LCD segment of Reference manual for usage of VLCD as supply/reference voltage source. 4 This signal needs to be connected to ground during normal operation. 1. Refer to Section 3.6, “I/O Pad Electrical Characteristics, for details 2. All medium and fast pads are in slow configuration by default at reset and can be configured as fast or medium (refer to PCR.SRC in the device reference manual, Pad Configuration Registers (PCR0 - PCR120)).
