8 / 37 page ![]() Data Sheet LT3073 analog.com Rev 0. 8 of 37 1 Parasitic diodes exist internally between IN, OUT, SENSE, BIAS, BIASF, VO0, VO1, VO2, MARG, EN, VIOC, TEMP, IMON, PG, REF pins, and GND. Do not drive these pins more than 0.3V below the GND pin during a fault condition. These pins must remain at a voltage more positive than GND during normal operation. 2 The LT3073A is tested and specified under pulse load conditions such that TJ ≈ TA (ambient temperature). The LT3073A is tested at TA = 25°C. Performance of the LT3073A over the full –40°C to 125°C operating temperature range is assured by design, characterization, and correlation with statistical process controls. The LT3073A is guaranteed over the full –40°C to 125°C operating junction temperature range. Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings only, functional operation of the product at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational section of this specification is not implied. Operation beyond the maximum operating conditions for extended periods may affect product reliability. Thermal Resistance Thermal performance is directly linked to PCB design and operating environment. Therefore, close attention to PCB thermal design is required. Table 3.
