• Section 7.7.5, revised the sentence before Table 49 from "This register is readable and writable

in DSI3 mode or PSI5 diagnostic mode." to "This register is readable and writable in SPI and I2C

modes."

• Section 7.7.7.1, revised the second paragraph inserting "(SNSDATA0, SNSDATA1)".

• Section 11. Table 105, added four new rows in the Signal chain section of the table, after "tSigDelay

for "Tr_800Hz_LPF ", "Tr_1kHz_LPF ", "TTD_800Hz_LPF", and "TTD_1kHz_LPF ".

• Section 7.7.16, added "For bit descriptions, see Table 38."

• Section 7.7.14, updated Equation 6 and removed the "Where" content following the table.

• Section 7.7.11.4, Table 70, removed reserved rows for the reserved bits 7 to 3 and 1 to 0.

• Section 7.7.11.3.2, revised the sentence before Table 68 from "The DSP data type 1 selection

bits select the type of data to be included in the SNSDATA0_L and SNSDATA0_H registers." to

"The DSP data type 1 selection bits select the type of data to be included in the SNSDATA1_L and

SNSDATA1_H registers."
