General Description

The HT67F5652 is a Flash MemoryA/D type 8-bit high performance RISC architecture

microcontrollerwhichincludesamulti-channel24-bitDeltaSigmaA/D(Δ-ΣA/D)converterandfully

integratedLCDdriver.Thedeviceissuitableforuseinproductswhichrequirealownoiseandhigh

accuracyanalogtodigitalconverterandwhichalsoneedtodriveLCDpanels.Offeringusersthe

convenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,thisdevicealsoincludesawiderangeof

functionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAMDataMemoryaswellasanareaof

trueEEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchasserialnumbers,calibrationdataetc.

Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channelwith24-bitDeltaSigmaA/Dconverterandprogrammable

gainamplifier(PGA)functions.AnextremelyflexibleTimerModuleprovidestiming,pulse

generationandPWMgenerationfunctions.Communicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredfor

bytheinclusionoffullyintegratedSPI,I2CandUARTinterfacesfunctions,popularinterfaces

whichprovidedesignerswithameansofeasycommunicationwithexternalperipheralhardware.
