Measurement made for fMASTER = from 2 MHz to 16 MHz
Current consumption with ProxSense peripherals
Measurement made for fMASTER = 16 MHz, fProxSense = 16 MHz, all other peripherals off and
under the following conditions:
PXS_RxiCSSELR (Sampling Capacitor) = 0x10
PXS_RxiEPCCSELR (Electrode Parasitic Capacitance Compensation) = 0x80
Capacitance between Tx and Rx of 10nF
