The following products support development of ’54x-based applications: Software Development Tools: Assembler/Linker Simulator Optimizing ANSI C compiler Application algorithms C/Assembly debugger and code profiler Hardware Development Tools: Extended development system (XDS ™) emulator (supports ’54x multiprocessor system debug) ’54x EVM (Evaluation Module) ’54x DSK (DSP Starter Kit) The TMS320 Family Development Support Reference Guide (SPRU011) contains information about development support products for all TMS320 family member devices, including documentation. Refer to this document for further information about TMS320 documentation or any other TMS320 support products from Texas Instruments. There is an additional document, the TMS320 Third Party Support Reference Guide (SPRU052), which contains information about TMS320-related products from other companies in the industry.
