Selects measurement interval in multiples of

SAMPLE_INTERVAL_PREDIVIDER cycles.

The measurement time for a single phase

and bypass setting is:

MEASUREMENT_PREDIVIDER x

(MEASUREMENT_TIME + 1) x (1/108MHz)

The default value sets 100μs per sample,

which is approximately 25.6ms for a full scan

of 128 phases * 2 bypass settings.

The maximum MEASUREMENT_TIME value

results in a full scan taking approximately

1.25 seconds.

Error count threshold for pass/fail. The

phase being tested is considered to pass if

EYE_MON_PRBS_ERROR_COUNT is less than

or equal to

EYE_MON_PRBS_ERROR_THRESHOLD. The

phase fails if the

EYE_MON_PRBS_ERROR_COUNT exceeds

EYE_MON_PRBS_ERROR_THRESHOLD. The

default value of

EYE_MON_PRBS_ERROR_THRESHOLD

corresponds to a bit error rate of 3.37x10-6

at a data rate of 5.94Gb/s using the default

MEASUREMENT_TIME of 100μs.
