Burst Height – 2nd Intermediate Value.
The 8 bit value assigned to U burst component in NTSC and to the U and V
components in PAL for the second intermediate value of the burst
envelope. The value programmed into BRST2 needs to be .707 of the
magnitude of the burst vector.
