Please perform maintenance checks and operations according to the Maintenance Schedule below. If there are any questions about the maintenance procedures listed in this manual, please contact the CLARKE service centre. NOTE: Maintenance should be performed more often under dusty conditions or operating under heavy load. WARNING: NEVER PERFORM MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS WHILE THE GENERATOR IS RUNNING. BEFORE MAINTENANCE OR SERVICING THE GENERATOR, TURN OFF THE GENERATOR, DISCONNECT ALL DEVICES AND ALLOW THE GENERATOR TO COOL DOWN RECOMMENDED MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE BEFORE EACH USE AFTER 1ST MONTH OR 20 HRS EVERY 3MTH OR 50 HRS EVERY 6MTH OR 100 HRS EVERY YEAR OR 300 HRS Engine Oil (Pages 12-13 & 24) Check Level X Replace X X Air Filter (Page 20) Check X Clean X Replace X Spark Plug (Page 21) Check/ Clean/Regap X Replace X Idle Speed Check/ Adjust X Fuel Tank (Page 22) Drain/Clean X Fuel Filter Inspect X Replace X Fuel Hose Check X Spark Arrester (page 22) Clean X |
