PrM | Page 26 of 48 CIRCUIT OPERATION FORCE VOLTAGE, FV Most PMU measurements are performed while in force voltage and measure current mode, for example, when the device is used as a device power supply, or in continuity or leakage testing. In the force voltage mode, the voltage forced is mapped directly to the DUT. The voltage measure amplifier completes the loop giving negative feedback to the forcing amplifier. See Figure 24.
