IntheCompareMatchOutputMode,theTnIO1andTnIO0bitsdeterminehowthe

TMoutputpinchangesstatewhenacomparematchoccursfromtheComparatorA.

TheTMoutputpincanbesetuptoswitchhigh,switchlowortotoggleitspresent

statewhenacomparematchoccursfromtheComparatorA.Whenthebitsareboth

zero,thennochangewilltakeplaceontheoutput.TheinitialvalueoftheTMoutput

pinshouldbesetupusingtheTnOCbitintheTMnC1register.Notethattheoutput

levelrequestedbytheTnIO1andTnIO0bitsmustbedifferentfromtheinitialvalue

setupusingtheTnOCbitotherwisenochangewilloccurontheTMoutputpinwhen

acomparematchoccurs.AftertheTMoutputpinchangesstate,itcanberesettoits

initiallevelbychangingtheleveloftheTnONbitfromlowtohigh.

InthePWMMode,theTnIO1andTnIO0bitsdeterminehowtheTMoutputpin

changesstatewhenacertaincomparematchconditionoccurs.ThePWMoutput

functionismodifiedbychangingthesetwobits.Itisnecessarytoonlychangethe

valuesoftheTnIO1andTnIO0bitsonlyaftertheTMnhasbeenswitchedoff.

UnpredictablePWMoutputswilloccuriftheTnIO1andTnIO0bitsarechangedwhen

theTMisrunning.

Thisbitisusedtoselectthemethodwhichclearsthecounter.Rememberthatthe

CompactTMcontainstwocomparators,ComparatorAandComparatorP,eitherof

whichcanbeselectedtocleartheinternalcounter.WiththeTnCCLRbitsethigh,

thecounterwillbeclearedwhenacomparematchoccursfromtheComparatorA.

Whenthebitislow,thecounterwillbeclearedwhenacomparematchoccursfrom

theComparatorPorwithacounteroverflow.Acounteroverflowclearingmethodcan

onlybeimplementediftheCCRPbitsareallclearedtozero.TheTnCCLRbitisnot

usedinthePWMMode.
