Transmission pulse Flash interrupt pin. High = RF PA pulse active, LED current reduced to Torch

level, Low = RF PA pulse off, LED at full programmed current level.

SCL

Serial clock pin.

These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam

during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
