RESP_ERR = '1': an error occurred during the actual sequencer run. The bit will be set to '1' after receiving any incorrect answer byte and will remain '1' until the end of the actual sequencer run (no matter if the other answer bytes in this sequencer run are correct or not). At the end of a sequencer run the error bit W_RESP will be set to the actual value of RESP_ERR, and thereafter the error bit RESP_ERR will be cleared to '0'.
