to set the function into a new

power state.

The definition of the field values

is as follows:

These bits can be written and

read, but their contents have no

effect on the operation of the

device.

read-only register that is used as

a window into an array of 8 ten-bit

PCIDATA registers. The value

read from this register is the 8

least significant bits of the PCI-

DATA

selected

DATA_SEL field of the PMCSR

(offset 48h in PCI Configuration

Space). The two most significant

bits of the selected PCIDATA

are

read

from

the

DATA_SCALE

field

the

PMCSR.
