A minimum of 1.0 µF ceramic capacitor is required NC 9 ----- No connection VCC 10 5V Gate drive supply PGND 11 Reference Power return PHASE 12 VIN Phase node (or switching node) of MOSFET half bridge VIN 13 VIN Input voltage for the system.
