Connect to 3.3V, 2.5V or 1.8V supply. These pins power up differential
outputs OUT[7:0]_p/n.

Input frequency range >0 Hz to 250 MHz
Note: >0 Hz means frequency higher than DC. Output Enable control
pins (OEnb) need four clock cycles before the corresponding output get
enabled/disable. This feature ensures glitch free transition of the outputs.

controlled by OE_n pins.
