11.2.2 Boundary Scan Register

The boundary scan register is made up of 268 boundary scan cells, divided into

input observation (in_cell), output (out_cell), and bi-directional (io_cell) cells.

These cells are detailed in the pages which follow. The first 32 cells form the ID

code register, and carry the code 073670CDH. The cells are arranged as
