• Rev. B is dated March 24, 2004. The following list indicates changes made.

– Page 1. Document status changes from Rev. A to Rev. B. Also, two new bullet items were added to

Features column, the first for a new package type, the second that the device is available in industrial

temperature and lead-free. Lastly, bullet item “Supports category 5 cables . . .” deleted.

– Pages 2 through 8, Table of Contents updated to reflect the Rev. B changes.

– Page 26. The letters “BF” added to ICS1893 in Figure 5-1.
