Chapter 10 DC and AC Operating Conditions

10.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings

Table 10-1 lists absolute maximum ratings. Stresses above these ratings can permanently damage the

ICS1893AG. These ratings, which are standard values for ICS commercially rated parts, are stress ratings

only. Functional operation of the ICS1893AG at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the

operational sections of the specifications is not implied. Exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions

for extended periods can affect product reliability. Electrical parameters are guaranteed only over the range

of the recommended operating temperature.
