2.1. Device-Specific Ordering Codes
The HAR 24xy is available in the following package
and temperature variants.
The relationship between ambient temperature (TA)
and
junction
temperature
(TJ) is explained in
Section 5.3. on page 30.
For available variants for Configuration (C), Packaging
(P), Quantity (Q), and Special Procedure (SP) please
contact Micronas.
