Firmware Operation

Firmware sequence of operations:

Setup the external video capture device via two-wire serial interface

Poll the status register in external video capture device via two-wire serial interface

Read VidLLStat and VidOddFLStat registers if video signal is detected

Setup DMA based on the values stored in VidLLStat and VidOddFLStat registers

Write to VidLineSizeCfg register based on the VidLLStat

Start the video capture by writing to VidCaptureCtrl register
