Cost-Effective A/D 8-Bit OTP MCU

Program Memory

TheProgramMemoryisthelocationwheretheusercodeorprogramisstored.Thedeviceis

suppliedwithOne-TimeProgrammable,OTP,memorywhereuserscanprogramtheirapplication

codeintothedevice.Byusingtheappropriateprogrammingtools,OTPdeviceoffersusersthe

flexibilitytofreelydeveloptheirapplicationswhichmaybeusefulduringdebugorforproducts

requiringfrequentupgradesorprogramchanges.

Structure

TheProgramMemoryhasacapacityof2K×14bits.TheProgramMemoryisaddressedbythe

ProgramCounterandalsocontainsdata,tableinformationandinterruptentriesinformation.Table

data,whichcanbesetinanylocationwithintheProgramMemory,isaddressedbyseparatetable

pointerregisters.

Special Vectors

WithintheProgramMemory,certainlocationsarereservedfortheresetandinterrupts.

• ResetVector

Thisvectorisreservedforusebythedeviceresetforprograminitialization.Afteradevicereset

isinitiated,theprogramwilljumptothislocationandbeginexecution.

• Externalinterruptvector

Thisvectorisusedbytheexternalinterrupt.Iftheexternalinterruptpinonthedevicereceives

anedgetransition,theprogramwilljumptothislocationandbeginexecutioniftheexternal

interruptisenabledandthestackisnotfull.Theexternalinterruptactiveedgetransitiontype,

whetherhightolow,lowtohighorbothisspecifiedintheCTRL0register.

• Timer/Eventcounter0interruptvector

ThisinternalvectorisusedbytheTimer/EventCounter0.IfaTimer/EventCounteroverflow

occurs,theprogramwilljumptoitsrespectivelocationandbeginexecutioniftheassociated

Timer/EventCounter0interruptisenabledandthestackisnotfull.

• A/Dinterruptvector

ThisinternalvectorisusedbytheA/Dconverter.IfA/Dconversioncomplete,theprogramwill

jumptothislocationandbeginexecutioniftheA/Dinterruptisenabledandthestackisnotfull.
