49 / 131 page  Rev. 1.41 48 April 11, 2017 Rev. 1.41 49 April 11, 2017 HT66F007/HT66F008 Cost-Effective A/D Flash MCU with EEPROM HT66F007/HT66F008 Cost-Effective A/D Flash MCU with EEPROM Low Voltage Reset – LVR Themicrocontrollerscontainalowvoltageresetcircuitinordertomonitorthesupplyvoltageofthe devices,whichisselectedviatheLVRCregister.Ifthesupplyvoltageofthedevicedropstowithin arangeof0.9V~VLVRsuchasmightoccurwhenchangingthebattery,theLVRwillautomatically resetthedeviceinternallyandtheLVRFbitintheCTRLregisterwillalsobesetto1.Foravalid LVRsignal,alowvoltage,i.e.,avoltageintherangebetween0.9V~VLVRmustexistforgreater thanthevaluetLVRspecifiedintheA.C.characteristics.Ifthelowvoltagestatedoesnotexceedthis value,theLVRwillignorethelowsupplyvoltageandwillnotperformaresetfunction.Theactual VLVRcanbeselectedbytheLVSbitsintheLVRCregister.IftheLVS7~LVS0bitsarechanged tosomecertainvaluesbytheenvironmentalnoise,theLVRwillresetthedeviceafter2~3LIRC clockcycles.Whenthishappens,theLRFbitintheCTRLregisterwillbesetto1.Afterpoweron theregisterwillhavethevalueof01010101B.NotethattheLVRfunctionwillbeautomatically disabledwhenthedevicesenterthepowerdownmode.
