Aci_Gap_Is_Device_Bonded
Description:
The command finds whether the device, whose address is specified in the command, is
bonded. If the device is using a resolvable private address and it has been bonded, then the
command will return BLE_STATUS_SUCCESS.
Event(s) generated:
A command complete event is generated. If BLE_STATUS_SUCCESS is returned in the
status byte of the event then the device has been bonded.
