One BlueNRG-MS device (called Master&Slave) is configured as Central & Peripheral by setting role as GAP_PERIPHERAL_ROLE | GAP_CENTRAL_ROLE on GAP_Init() API. Further it is configured with stack mode 3 for being able to connect to more than one Peripheral device. Let’s also assume that this device define a service with a characteristic. 2. Two BlueNRG-MS devices (called Slave_A, Slave_B) are configured as Peripheral by setting role as GAP_PERIPHERAL_ROLE on GAP_Init() API. Both Slave_A and Slave_B define the same service and characteristic as Master&Slave device. 3. One BlueNRG-MS device (called Master) is configured as Central by setting role as GAP_CENTRAL_ROLE on GAP_Init() API. 4. Both Slave_A and Slave_B devices enter in discovery mode as follows: ret =aci_gap_set_discoverable(Advertising_Type= 0x00, Advertising_Interval_Min=0x20, Advertising_Interval_Max=0x100, Local_Name_Length=0x05, Local_Name=[0x08,0x74,0x65,0x73,0x74], Slave_Conn_Interval_Min = 0x0006, Slave_Conn_Interval_Max = 0x0008) 5. Master&Slave device performs a discovery procedure in order to discover the peripheral devices Slave_A and Slave_B: ret = aci_gap_start_gen_disc_proc (LE_Scan_Interval=0x10, LE_Scan_Window=0x10) |
