forgeneralpurposeuse.Alllocationswithinthisareaarereadandwriteaccessibleunderprogram

control.

TheoverallDataMemoryissubdividedintoseveralbanks,thestructureofwhichdependsupon

thedevicechosen.TheSpecialPurposeDataMemoryregistersareaccessibleinallbanks,with

theexceptionoftheEECregisterataddress40H,whichisonlyaccessibleinBank1.Switching

betweenthedifferentDataMemorybanksisachievedbysettingtheBankPointertothecorrect

value.ThestartaddressoftheDataMemoryforalldevicesistheaddress00H.
