14.12 Bandwidth

Bandwidth is defined as the range of frequencies that are attenuated by less than 3dB when the input is applied

to the source pin (Sx) of an on-channel, and the output is measured at the drain pin (Dx) of the device. Figure

14-12 shows the setup used to measure bandwidth.

14.13 Off Isolation

Off isolation is defined as the ratio of the signal at the drain pin (D) of the device when a signal is applied to

the source pin (Sx) of an off-channel. Figure 14-13 shows the setup used to measure, and the equation used to

calculate off isolation.
