Start Offset Calibration. Starts the proximity offset

Proximity Offset Registers (0xC7 – 0xC8). The CALIB_

FINISHED flag is asserted when calibration is complete

and an interrupt (CINT) is asserted if CIEN is set.

Calibration can be stopped immediately by writing a 0

to this field.
