11-4 熱衝撃

製品を試験用基板に実装した状態で、温度

-55℃の

恒温槽中に

30分間保持後、温度+125℃の恒温槽中

に直ちに移し、

30分間保持する。これを1サイクルと

し、

1000サイクル行った後、室温に取り出し、24時間

放置した後、測定します試験方法は

AEC-Q200

REV Dに準拠します。

Component shall be soldered on the test board.

After performing 1000 cycles of thermal test (-

55℃ for 30 minutes to +125℃ for 30minutes), it

shall be measured after leaving at room

temperature for 24 hours. Testing procedure is in

accordance with AEC-Q200 REV D.

11-5 高温通電

Operational Life

製品を試験用基板に実装した状態で、温度

+125℃

の恒温槽中に

D.C,6Vを印加しながら1000時間保持

し、室温に取り出し、

24時間放置した後、測定しま

す。試験方法は

AEC-Q200 REV Dに準拠します。

Component shall be soldered on the test board.

Then it shall be kept in a chamber at +125°C on

loading D.C.6V for 1000 hours. And then it shall

be measured after leaving at room temperature

for 24 hours. Testing procedure is in accordance

with AEC-Q200 REV D.

11-6 耐静電性

Electro Statics

Discharge

下記の回路において、電圧

EでコンデンサCに蓄えら

れた電荷を、抵抗

Rを介し各端子間に放電した後、

測定します。試験方法は

AEC-Q200 REV Dに準拠

します。

E=±500V , C=150pF , R=2.0kΩ,Direct Contact

Component shall be measured after applying

surge voltage (E) by discharging capacitor (C)

through resistor (R). Testing procedure is in

accordance with AEC-Q200 REV D.
