⑤ - 3digits ： Serial number

⑥ - 2digits ： Tape and reel following number

⑦ - 2digits ： Luminous intensity rank.

(If luminous intensity rank is 1 digit, "-" shall be dashed on the place for the second digit.

If there is no identified rank, "- -" shall be used to indicate.)

⑧ - 2digits ： Color (Dominant wavelength) rank
