27 / 69 page  M0519 Nov. 02, 2016 Page 27 of 69 Rev 1.02 6.2.3 System Power Distribution In this chip, the power distribution is divided into two segments. Analog power from AVDD and AVSS provides the power for analog components operation. Digital power from VDD and VSS supplies the power to the I/O pins and internal regulator which provides a fixed 1.8V power for digital operation. The output of internal voltage regulators, LDO_CAP, requires an external capacitor which should be located close to the corresponding pin.
