Itshouldbenotedthat,nomatterwhatconditiontheLXTLPbitissetto,theLXT oscillatorwillalwaysfunctionnormally,theonlydifferenceisthatitwilltakemore timetostartupifintheLow-powermode. Internal 32kHz Oscillator – LIRC Theinternal32kHzsystemoscillatorisoneofthelowfrequencyoscillatorchoices,whichis selectedviatheFSUBCregister.ItisafullyintegratedRCoscillatorwithatypicalfrequencyof 32kHzat5V,requiringnoexternalcomponentsforitsimplementation.Devicetrimmingduring themanufacturingprocessandtheinclusionofinternalfrequencycompensationcircuitsareused toensurethattheinfluenceofthepowersupplyvoltage,temperatureandprocessvariationsonthe oscillationfrequencyareminimised.Asaresult,atapowersupplyof5Vandatatemperatureof 25°Cdegrees,thefixedoscillationfrequencyof32kHzwillhaveatolerancewithin10%. |
